broken cool: How old are you?
Clara L.: 27 (Gosh that made me realize I’m almost 30).
bc: Where are you from?
C: Decatur, GA (Decatur where it’s greater).
bc: When did you first start listening to Hip-Hop?
C: I started listening to Hip-Hop when my mama started bumping Dr. Dre’s Chronic album. So my mama introduced me to hip hop. Now that I think of it that’s really disturbing.
bc: Do you remember the first Hip-Hop album you bought?
C: I wish it was something awesome but the first album I bought was "Totally Krossed" Out by Kris Kross SMH.
bc: Do you have an all-time favorite album?
C: I have two "The Great Adventures of Slick Rick" and "Late Registration" by Kanye West.
bc: What 5 current rappers do you think are the dopest?
C: I’m gonna have to cheat on this one: Jay-Z, Nas, Kanye West, Eminem, OutKast (I think Big Boi is slept on), Lil Wayne, T.I., Cam'ron and the newer people I’ve been listening to are Drake, Wale, and Bobby Creekwater.
bc: What 5 current rappers do you think are the wackest?
C: It’s so many: Gucci Mane, Tony Yayo, Ron Browz, Memphis Bleek, OJ da Juiceman...
bc: What are your favorite blogs and websites?

bc: Where do you get most of your new music from?
C: Best Buy, Target, Piratebay.org, Album wash, and various blogs.
bc: What kind of MP3 player do you have?
C: An iPod and an iPhone...is there any thing else to use?
bc: What is one thing you wish Hip-Hop artists would do more?
C: I think they should just be themselves and stop trying to be what everybody thinks is cool. They should just be original.
bc: Outside of Hip-Hop, who are some other artists you listen to?
C: The Ting Tings, Santogold, Maxwell, Beyonce, The Beatles, Nirvana, Ryan Leslie, Fall Out Boy, Cold Play, Queen, Prince, M.I.A., some of everything.
bc: What are some of your favorite clothing brands?
C: I like Marc Jacobs, Balmain, and Betsey Johnson. But the clothes that I actually wear and can afford are Forever 21, H & M, Old Navy, American Apparel and I go to various thrift stores.
bc: If you were a rapper what would your MC name be?
C: Caress Lepore (this is my blog name and I really like it...sounds smexy)
