TMZ is reporting that DJ AM's death has been ruled accidental substance abuse.
The Medical Examiner detail the death as "acute intoxication" due to the combined effects of cocaine, oxycodone, hydrocodone (Vicodin), Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, Benadryl and Levamisole.
AM died August 28, 2009 at the age of 36.
