According to Rap-Up.com, Usher will release his new single "Papers" Monday October 5th @ 2:02pm EST.
The single, previously titled "Filing Papers", will reportedly address his divorce from Tameka Foster.
The song was penned by Sean Garrett and is the first single from Usher's new album "Monster" due in December.
