UPDATE: Guru Suffers Cardiac Arrest, Currently In A Coma

I am sad to report that Guru of Gangstarr went into cardiac arrest this weekend and is currently in a coma. The news has been confirmed by HipHopDX.

Guru is said to be in critical condition. DJ Premier is expected to provide an update on his condition shortly on Sirius XM's Hip-Hop Nation.

This is really sad.
