Here's the problem with this line. Guerilla Black is trying to proposition a female to have dinner with him...he offers the meal option of Filet Mignon. She's probably down with this but then he suggests, instead of Filet Mignon, shrimps. Shrimps are an appetizer muhfucka! She's gonna know you aren't a "natural born winner" if you do that.
