Deadline Hollywood is reporting that Simon Cowell did some major housecleaning yesterday at 'The X Factor.'

It is being reported that host Steve Jones, the unbelievably annoying Nicole Scherzinger AND Paula Abdul were asked to leave the show.

Fox confirmed that Jones and Scherzinger left the fold.

Not to worry though folks...L.A. Reid will still be there to tell people they are amazing who, say 5 years ago, he wouldn't have even given the time of day.

The Roots drummer is taking his love of food and morphing it into a business.

At Sundance, Quest spoke to ABC News about his latest venture:

“I figured that drumsticks and drumsticks would be a no-brainer,” he said, adding that he hopes to take them on the road soon. “It’s always been my dream to have a food truck. It started a dare and has slowly morphed into an upstart. I would like to sort of follow festivals and nightclubs and be there after.”

It May Soon Be Illegal To Eat On New York Subways

No Subway on the subway...if a proposed bill passes.

New York State Senator Bill Perkins has brought forth a bill that would ban eating on New York subway trains and in the platforms.

Perkins feels a ban would cut back on the amount of waste (and rats) found in the subways.

If passed, the fine for eating would be $250...or about 25 subs.
