The Roots drummer is taking his love of food and morphing it into a business.
At Sundance, Quest spoke to ABC News about his latest venture:
“I figured that drumsticks and drumsticks would be a no-brainer,” he said, adding that he hopes to take them on the road soon. “It’s always been my dream to have a food truck. It started a dare and has slowly morphed into an upstart. I would like to sort of follow festivals and nightclubs and be there after.”

Since I had my son, I have definitely been more in tune with my body with diet, exercise and nutrition. That's not to say that I have stuck with it all the time, but I definitely feel great. From what I can tell, every nutritionist I know suggests a power bar of some sort or a granola bar for a snack and I was VERY excited when I saw this today and had to jump online and tell you about

the beautiful Galician countryside of northern Spain. We averaged close to 20 km every day, starting our walking at 8 am and finishing around 1 or 2 in the afternoon. Good food was crucial if we were going to make it to Santiago.
