TMZ is reporting that DMX's ex, Patricia Trejo, has accused him of owing $1 million in unpaid child support going back to Trejo's daughter's birth ten years ago.
Trejo was in court this past Thursday attempting to block DMX from obtaining permission to perform in Europe.
From TMZ:
...in paternity cases where significant child support is owed, the owing parent is prohibited from obtaining a passport without a court order -- and X wants a special dispensation.
But Patricia put her foot down in court Thursday -- claiming DMX owed $1 million in unpaid child support, going back to her daughter's birth over ten years ago ... and she was tired of waiting around.
X tells TMZ that he hasn't paid the child support because he isn't convinced the girl is his. X has requested a DNA test before he starts forking over cash.
