The superstar couple were on holiday in Croatia last summer when Beyoncé, 30, was pregnant with their first child, who was born in January.
While there, the duo filmed the Crazy In Love singer standing in front of a blue tree during a morning stroll in Hvar, a Croatian island in the Adriatic Sea.
In the 15-second clip, she says: “We woke up this morning and took a nice little walk and we passed by this beautiful blue tree.
“I think it’s Blue Ivy, which would be quite appropriate.”
