Lil' Wayne Publicist Releases Statement on Rapper's Health

Lil' Wayne's publicist has released the following statement on the rapper's health:

"We can confirm Lil Wayne did have a seizure and that he is recovering."

What the statement doesn't say is whether or not the rapper is on any type of life support or how much of TMZ's reports are correct.

Lil' Wayne Tweets That He Is "Ok"

Amidst reports that Lil' Wayne was in a medically induced coma after suffering multiple seizures today, Wayne has taken to Twitter to let everyone know he's ok:

I'm good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love.

Reports are still conflicting but this seems to be good news. Wayne needs to drop the sizzurp like he dropped the world.

Report: Lil' Wayne In A Coma; Wayne's Mom Is Flying To L.A.

Various reports indicate that Lil' Wayne is currently in critical condition at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A., being placed in a medically induced coma.

More from TMZ:

5:16 PM PT -- Wayne's mother is currently on a plane flying to Los Angeles -- and we're told all major decisions about Wayne's health (including the decision to discontinue life support) will not be made until she arrives.

Various tweets from YMCMB members, including Birdman and Mack Maine, say Wayne is currently recovering however reports seem to be conflicting.
