Following his coming out earlier this year, Frank Ocean not only delivered one of the most solid debut albums in recent memory but has also endeared himself to the gay community.
On the heels of his massive 2012, Ocean has received a GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) Awards nomination.
Ocean has been nominated for Outstanding Music Artist at the 2013 GLAAD Awards alongside other artists such as Adam Lambert and Rufus Wainright.
The Awards will be given out in three ceremonies beginning March 16 in New York.
Boom, out of nowhere Jay-Z, Beyonce, Timbaland and now Destiny's Child are back. The group will release a new album called "Love Songs" on January 22nd. "New" is a relative term since all of the material is previously released with the exception of a new song called "Nuclear" produced by Pharrell.
The group had this to say about their comeback:
“We are so proud to announce the first original Destiny’s Child music in eight years!”
No one is happier than Michelle Williams.
